iVOS provides users with the ability to attach external files to a claim. These attachments, or Sticky Notes, can be used in many ways. For example, you can attach a photo, recording, or PDF to a claim. Related Items expands Sticky Note functionality allowing users to link, or relate, new or existing records within a claim. For example, you can relate a Document Image to a Payment, or create a new Notepad and relate it to a Correspondence record.
